Orders & Payments

Processing time

We understand how important it is for you to get your items quickly, so we make every effort to process your order as fast as possible. Most of our items are ready to ship in 1–5 business days.
As a manufacturer of jewelry, most of our products are in stock on a regular basis, However, sometimes we need to manufacture them, which may take around 7-10 business days.
In case you have purchased something that isn’t in stock, we will contact you asap.
*For wholesale and custom orders manufacturing time sometimes can be up to 4 weeks. (Please note that orders of 10 and more packages of one item we consider as wholesale and in most cases, we need to produce it)

Shipping information

Standard delivery service takes 2-4 weeks to most destinations.
We also offer Expedited delivery services:
– 12-16 business days – Eco post Full tracking (Expedite delivery only for the United States, Denmark, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Greece, Japan, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Brazil.)
– 5-7 business days – EMS
– 1-3 business days UPS
We make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order by specified time while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.
*Delivery time can be longer on holidays season (Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday and more).
please note we can not be responsible to any mistakes by couriers or custom authorities for international orders, any duties, taxes or other import fees by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages

Due to no fault of our own, on rare occasion packages sent via the delivery carrier never arrive at their destination. If the carrier has confirmed delivery of the package, no replacement order will be sent. Claims for missing packages shown as delivered should be handled directly with the carrier or local police department.
If you have not received your package and the carrier has not confirmed delivery, please contact us for information regarding a replacement package. For international orders, we suggest checking with your local Customs office to inquire about your order. If your order was never confirmed as received by the carrier, we may replace your order or make a refund after 1 month from last update on tracking information.
If your order was not received because shipping information provided during checkout was incorrect, this policy will not apply. Please contact one of our skilled customer service representatives to discuss your various options.

Ensuring our users have a safe, simple and easy experience is a top priority for us. To help achieve this, we only allow payment methods that are safe, easy to use, and offer strong protections against fraud.

How to cancel an order

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a vast majority of in-stock standard items ship within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
*Please note we can refuse to cancel Custom or personalized orders if production already started.
